Which social platforms does XPANZ support?
19 platforms in total: Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Quora, Threads, Stocktwits, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, WordPress, Tumblr, Discord, WhatsApp and Google Maps. The Free, Go and Plus plans open 10 core platforms; the Pro plan unlocks all 19. Accounts across every platform are managed in one client, grouped by brand, market and role.
Will AI-generated content be flagged as duplicate or non-compliant?
XPANZ follows an 'AI-original, unique within each platform, variable across platforms' principle: the same theme is regenerated differently for each platform and stays unique within one — reducing duplicate-content and risk-control flags. A built-in compliance module automatically avoids high-risk phrasing such as absolute claims.
Can I try it now? How is it priced?
The Free plan is permanently ¥0 (10 core platforms, 5 account quota) — register and start. During the launch period, new Free registrations also get a 15-day Plus trial automatically, then fall back to Free with personas and data kept. We also run a private beta (first 100 seats, all features free). Paid tiers are Free / Go / Plus / Pro / Enterprise; pricing is announced before official launch with annual-billing discounts, and beta users lock in launch offers.
What payment methods are supported?
No fees during beta. After launch we will support WeChat Pay and corporate bank transfer, with annual-billing discounts. The Enterprise plan supports contracts and invoicing.
Which operating systems does the client support?
A Windows client is available now; macOS is planned. The client runs locally — it handles account environments, proxy binding and task execution, and credentials never leave your device. Content and dashboards sync to the cloud.
Will running many accounts together trigger platform linkage detection?
Every account gets an isolated runtime: cookies and browser cache are separated, each can bind its own proxy, and the mapping between accounts, environments and execution nodes is preserved. Grouped management and clear task assignment minimize linkage risk from the ground up.
Beyond batch publishing, can it automate engagement and account nurturing?
Yes. The campaign system orchestrates likes, comments, follows, replies and customer follow-ups into linked tasks that run by account and time zone. AI persona nurturing (available from the Plus plan) defines each account's positioning and interests, then schedules daily browsing and interactions with fine control over hours and activity levels.
What's included in the Enterprise plan?
Private deployment, custom account and device quotas, OEM / API deep integration, custom visual styles and SLA-backed service, with a dedicated customer success manager. Value-added services also cover managed operations, API services, bulk accounts and IP services. Contact us for details.
